Matt and Lydia spent most of their day and reception at the beautiful and pristine Stone House of St. Charles, located in St. Charles, Missouri. Their ceremony was held at the breathtaking Saint Charles Borromeo Church. Made of Bedford Stone, with a Romanesque architectural style, and adorned with beveled glass, it is one of the most beautiful churches in which we’ve ever had the opportunity to capture a wedding. Stone House dates all the way back to 1812, sits atop a hill with an pleasant view of sunsets, and is surrounded by majestic sycamore trees.

We arrived mid-morning to begin creative capture of the girls getting the hair and makeup completed. Lydia and Matt both prepared for the day at Stone House, accompanied by their close friends and family. Lydia and her dad did a first look just before we dashed off to join Matt at St. Borremeo for the ceremony. We finished up the day with some creatives and reception at Stone House, capped off with the magical view of lighted lanterns floating away into the night sky. Presented is their feature film wedding video…
